Transfer order is under challenge on the ground that the petitioner's elder son is studying at Baloda Bazar and now, by the impugned transfer order, the petitioner has been shifted to Surguja, by which, study of his son would be affected. 3.

Ground raised by the petitioner is personal in nature and does not have any legal aspect. This can be examined only by the competent authority to examine in a representation against the transfer order.

Accordingly, this petition is finally disposed off with liberty to prefer representation.
