This is an application for restoration of WPC No.1570/2016, which was dismissed for non compliance of the Court order dated 27.06.2016.

On due consideration and for the reasons mentioned in the restoration application, it is allowed and WPC No.1570/2016 is directed to be restored to its original number, subject however on payment of cost of Rs.2,000/- to the Chhattisgarh High Court Bar Association Library Fund within a period of one week from today.

It is made clear that if the cost is not paid within a week, this order shall lose its efficacy.
