1. The applicant has preferred this application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C for grant of regular bail as he is arrested in connection with crime No.04/2020 registered in Police Station Chifli, District Kawadha (Kabirdham) C.G. for the offence punishable under Section 20 (b) of the NDPS Act.

2. Applicant was found to be traveling in a Mahindra Marshal Jeep bearing registration No. C.G.10-6945 transporting 50 kgs and 920 grams of cannabis (Ganja).

3. Having seen the case diary and considering the whopping quantity of cannabis (Ganja) recovered from the applicant, no case for grant of bail is made out.
