On due consideration, it is directed that in the order dated 12.02.2016 the following be added in order to identify the appellant to get the benefit of order dated 12.02.2016.

"Being aggrieved by the judgment of conviction and sentence dated 03.01.2013 passed by the learned Special Judge (Narcotics Drugs & Psychotropic Substance Act, 1985) Korba, District Korba (C.G.) in Special Criminal Case No.23/2012 where-under the appellant has been convicted and sentenced."

This order shall be the part of the order dated 12.02.2016 passed in Criminal Appeal No.118/2013. Accordingly, it is ordered that in case the appellant deposits the 50 percent of the total fine amount and furnishes a personal bond in a sum of Rs. 50,000/- with

one surety in like sum to the satisfaction of the concerned trial Court then the substantive jail sentence awarded to the appellant shall remain suspended during pendency of the appeal and he shall be released on bail for his appearance before the Registry of this Court on 02 nd May, . The appellant shall thereafter appear before the trial Court on a date to be given by the Registry of this Court and he shall continue to appear there on all such subsequent dates as are given to him by the said Court, till the disposal of the appeal.

In view of foregoing, the instant petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. stands disposed off.
