Agrawal Order On Board /0 4 /201 (1) After hearing learned counsel appearing for the applicant and taking into consideration the fact that six witnesses have already been examined out of 14 listed prosecution witnesses, I deem it appropriate to direct the trial Court to conclude the trial expeditiously. (2) Accordingly, the bail application is disposed of. However, the trial Court is directed to conclude the trial expeditiously preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt/production of the certified copy of the order.
