Transfer order is under challenge mainly on the ground that the petitioner has been transferred from the present place of posting within a period of 8 months. He was posted at Bilaspur on 23-01-2017, now by the impugned transfer order, the petitioner has again been transferred to Mungeli. It is submitted that the transfer policy dated 11-07-2017 does not allow transfer within a period of one year, unless it is a case of extreme nature as provided under the policy itself. 3.
Ground raised by the petitioner requires consideration as the petitioner has been transferred from the present place of posting within a period of 8 months.. 4.
In view of above, it is directed that if the petitioner prefers representation along
with a copy of this order within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be considered and decided by the respondent authority within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of representation. For a period of six weeks, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner.
