1. The transfer order is under challenge on the ground that the petitioner has been shown to be posted at Belgahna, where the petitioner was only holding additional charge at Belgahna but his substantive post is at Kota where he joined in the month of August, 2016 pursuant to order dated 30.07.2016.

2. The respondent shall examine this aspect and if the transfer of the

petitioner from Kota has become necessary on administrative exigency, it will be open for the respondent to carry out necessary correction in the transfer order. Unless such correction is carried out, the petitioner shall not be relieved from the present place of posting.

3. The petition is accordingly disposed off.
