The Petitioner has moved this Court with the following prayers: "10.1) That, the Hon'ble court may kindly be pleased to direct the repsondent authorities to call the entire records pertaining to its case.

10.20 That, the Hon'ble Court may kind enough to issue an appropriate writ by setting - aside the impugned orders/communication dated 03.02.2021 (Annexure P/1) 10.3) That, the Hon'ble Court may kind enough to issue an appropriate writ directing the respondent no. 2 for rectifying the minute clerical error (non technical) of the petitioner bid and thereafter further direct the respondent no.2 to open the financial bid of the petitioner and then accordingly the tender process should be initiated.

10.4) Any other relief or relief(s) which this Hon'ble Court may think proper in view of the facts and circumstances of the case may also kindly be granted."

When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner submits that in view of the subsequent development, particularly, as to issuance of work order, the Petitioner might be permitted to withdraw the writ petition without prejudice to the rights and liberties of the Petitioner to file a fresh one, incorporating the pleadings and prayers, in an appropriate manner.
