Learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he be permitted to withdraw the instant Writ Petition (227) with liberty to file a duly constituted application along with the material necessary to substantiate the necessity for withdrawal of the amount as prayed, and the Court below may dispose of the same afresh without being influenced with the order dated 23.4.2015. 2.

The instant Writ Petition (227) is disposed of as withdrawn with the

aforesaid liberty granted in favour of the petitioner. 4.

Needless to mention that while deciding such application, the impugned order dated 23.4.2015 shall not come in the way. 5.
