This is an application for restoration of WPS No.5355/2007, which was dismissed for want of prosecution on 17.05.2017.

2. On due consideration and for the reasons mentioned in the restoration application, it is allowed and WPS No.5355/2007 is directed to be restored to its original number, subject however on payment of cost of Rs.1,000/- to the Chhattisgarh High Court Bar Association Library Fund within a period of two weeks from today.

3. It is made clear that if the cost is not paid within two weeks, this order shall lose its efficacy.
