1. Heard.

2. The applicant has preferred this application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail as he is arrested in connection with crime No.408/2019 registered in Police Station Bastar, District Bastar C.G. for the offence punishable under Section 20(B) of the NDPS Act.

3. Considering the commercial quantity of ganja weighed 21 Kg recovered from the applicant on 02.08.2019, I am not inclined to release the applicant on bail.
