1. The applicant has preferred this first bail application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No.147/2019 registered at Police Station- Newai, District Durg, C.G. for the offence punishable under Sections 457, 380, 411, 34 of Indian Penal Code.

2. The matter was passed over once for want of any representation on behalf of the applicant. No one appears for the applicant even in the second round.

3. In these circumstances, there is no other option left with the

Court, but to dismiss this bail application for want of prosecution.

4. Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed for want of prosecution.
