1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made an application dated 7.10.20117 before respondent No.2/Nazul Officer, Paththalgaon which may be directed to be decided expeditiously.

2. Be that as it may, respondent No.2/Nazul Officer, Pathalgaon is directed to consider and dispose off the petitioner's application as early as possible preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order after hearing all affected parties.

3. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed off. No cost(s).
