1. The present MCC has been filed restoration of the WPS 502 of 2012 which got disposed of by virtue of the peremptory order dated 25.11.2019.

2. Considering the grounds raised in the application and finding them satisfactory, this Court is of the opinion that a strong case for restoration of the writ petition has been made out. Accordingly, it is ordered that MCC stands allowed and WPS No. 502/2012 stands

restored to its original Number. However, it is made clear that petitioners are granted two weeks' time for removing the default, failing which the order passed in present MCC would automatically loose its efficacy.

3. With the aforesaid observations, the present MCC stands disposed of.
