Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that by impugned order dated 31/10/2015 she has been transferred to

Koyalibeda, Distrtict Uttar Baster Kanker. Thereafter, she had gone to matrimonial leave from 16/11/2015 and delivered a baby on 26/12/2015, against which, she may be allowed to make representation before the respondent No. 2 and the respondent No. 2 be directed to consider the same in accordance with law. 2.

Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

The petitioner is permitted to file a representation before the respondent No. 2. If such representation is made by the petitioner within a period of ten days from today, the respondent No. 2 shall consider and decide the same on its own merit and in accordance with law preferably within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of representation of the petitioner. 4.

No coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner for a period of one month.

With the aforesaid observation, the petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and the competent authority may decide the representation on its own merits.
