This is third bail application.

After dismissal of two bail applications on merits, I do not find any new ground or change in circumstances to entertain this third bail application. Consequently, third bail application is rejected. However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
