Agrawal Order On Board 16/02/2018 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that in view of the policy dated 05.06.2017 the order of termination of the petitioner's contract agreement has been passed, which is unsustainable and bad in law.
(2) Learned counsel for the State would submit that against the order of the District Program Officer, the appeal lies to the Collector and thereafter Commissioner.
(3) I have heard learned counsel for the parties. (4) Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to prefer an appeal before the appellate authority within a period of ten days. If such appeal is filed by the petitioner before the appellate authority, in that
event the appellate authority shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law expeditiously from the date of filing of such appeal.
(5) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to costs.
