Agrawal Order On Board 07/12/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made representation to the Chief Executive Officer, Chhattisgarh Rajya Vanoushadhi Board, Raipur for grant of subsidy, but the same has not been considered and decided till this date and, therefore, direction may be issued to the said authority to decide the same expeditiously.
(2) Be that as it may, Chief Executive Officer, Chhattisgarh Rajya Vanoushadhi Board, Raipur is directed to consider and decide the petitioner's representation for grant of subsidy, strictly in accordance with law after hearing the parties expeditiously within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. (3) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No costs.
