(1) Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner's suit house has been demolished by the Tahsildar without authority of law.
(2) On the other hand, counsel for the State submits that demolition has already taken place and the petitioner is at liberty to file duly constituted civil suit for establishing his right and to claim damages before the competent civil court.
(3) I have heard learned counsel appearing for the parties and considered their submissions made hereinabove.
(4) Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to file duly constituted civil suit to establish his right and to claim damages in accordance with law.
(5) With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
