1. This petition has been brought challenging the order of First Additional Sessions Judge, Surajpur in Criminal Revision No.8/2017 dated 9.5.2017 by which the revision preferred by respondent was allowed and the Court of CJM, Surajpur has been directed to hear and reconsider the application of respondent under Section 125 of Cr.P.C.

2. Presently, there is no ground available to the petitioner to make a prayer for interference under Section 482 of Cr.P.C.
