Learned counsel for the parties would jointly submit that in a similar writ petition bearing W.P.(S) No. 2953/2014 'Adarsh Shikshan Samiti v. State of Chhattisgarh and others' decided on 04/07/2014 this Court has issued directions to the respondents for taking a decision on the representation preferred by the said petitioner. They would also submit that any decision on the representation would govern the issue raised in this writ petition also, therefore, the present writ petition may be disposed of in the same terms. 2.
For the foregoing, the present writ petition is disposed of in terms of order dated 04/07/2014 passed in W.P.(S) No. 2953/2014 'Adarsh Shikshan Samiti v. State of Chhattisgarh and others'. A copy of the order passed in W.P.(S) No. 2953/2014 'Adarsh Shikshan Samiti v. State of Chhattisgarh and others' be placed in the record of this writ petition.

The respondents shall take decision in the matter within a period of three months from today.
