At the very outset, learned counsel for the parties would fairly submit that the issue involved in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order passed by this Court in WP(S) No.1025/2015 {Smt. Kusum Kanwar Vs. State of Chhattisgarh & others} on 1.4.2015 and the present writ petition may be disposed of in similar terms.

2. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of in terms of the order passed by this Court in WP(S) No.1025/2015. A copy of the order passed in WP(S) No.1025/2015 be placed on record of the present writ petition.
