Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that against the order of transfer the petitioner has made representation, in which the Committee constituted for consideration of grievance has made recommendation on 28.11.2014, but no final order has been passed on representation of the petitioner, therefore, respondent No.1 may be directed to be decided the representation of the petitioner expeditiously. 2.

Be that as it may, respondent No.1 is directed to consider and take a decision on the representation of the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order, if

already not decided.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
