1. The petitioner has challenged transfer order on the sole ground that the petitioner is going to retire on 30th June 2018 i.e. within a period of less than one year. Therefore, in these circumstances, the petitioner is entitled to be considered for posting either in home district or in a district of his option as provided under clause 1.9 of the policy dated 11.7.2017. it is submitted that the petitioner has already submitted a representation.
2. If the order passed today is submitted by the petitioner before the transferring authority within 15 days, respondent shall reconsider the petitioner's request for his posting in home district or a district of his choice as per clause 1.9 of the policy dated 11.7.2017. Till appropriate orders are passed on the
-2representation, the petitioner shall not be compelled to proceed on transfer under the impugned order.
