1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is Homeopathy doctor by profession and the State is restraining him from practicing as Homeopathy doctor and his clinic has been directed to be closed.
2. On the other hand, learned State Counsel would submit that the petitioner was practicing as Allopathy doctor, therefore, his clinic was directed to be closed after inquiry.
3. Be that as it may, the petitioner is entitled to practice as Homeopathy as he is Homeopathy doctor by profession. However, he is not entitled to give or administer any prescription of the Allopathy medicine to any person.
4. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed of. No cost(s).
