After considering the grounds mentioned in the application, the same is allowed and the delay in filing the restoration application is condoned.

On due consideration and for the reasons mentioned in the application for restoration, the same is allowed and M.A. No. 1490 of 2005 is restored to its original number, which may be listed for hearing accordingly.
