1. The accused/applicant has moved this bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No.508/2015, registered at Police Station Durg, Distt. Durg, for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366, 376(2) of the IPC, Section 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.
2. Taking into consideration the age of the prosecutrix who is said to be minor, I am not inclined to grant bail to the applicant. The application is rejected. However, taking into account that four witnesses have already been examined, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible preferably within four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
