1. As submitted by the State counsel that 9 out of 11 witnesses have been examined and the trial is at the stage of conclusion, therefore, I do not find any reason to admit this repeat application filed for grant of regular bail to the applicant, hence, the application is dismissed at motion stage. However, the trial Court is directed to conclude the trial preferably within a period of 2 months from the date of receipt of this order.
