1. The transfer order is under challenge on the ground that the petitioner was transferred to the present place of posting only in the last year, bias respondent No.3 on administrative ground and even though respondent No.3 has not been completed two years of posting, he has been accommodated and transferred on his own request which is violation of clause 1.8 of transfer policy dated 11.07.2017.

2. Considering the aforesaid ground that the transfer of the petitioner is in violation of the policy of accommodating transfer on his own request without completion of two years, the matter requires consideration. The petitioner has not preferred any representation. Let representation be preferred within 15 days from today and if that is done, the same shall be considered and decided within four weeks. For a period of six weeks, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner to compel him to proceed on transfer.

3. The petition is accordingly disposed off.
