This is an application for restoration of WP No.1230/2001 which was dismissed for want of prosecution vide Court order dated 28-2-13. On due consideration and for the reasons mentioned in the restoration application, it is allowed and WP No.1230/2001 is directed to be restored to its original number, subject , however, on payment of cost of Rs.1000/- to the Chhattisgarh High Court Bar Association within a period of one week.
