Apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No. 38/2013, registered at Police Station City Kotwali, District Jashpur, for the offence punishable under Sections 409 & 420 of the Indian Penal Code, the applicant has filed this second application under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail.

Applicant's first anticipatory bail application has been dismissed on merits vide order dated 18/11/2014 in M.Cr.C.
(A) No. 1055/2014.

After hearing learned counsel appearing for the parties; taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and nature and gravity of offence, I do not find any good ground to entertain this second anticipatory bail application.

Accordingly, second anticipatory bail application is rejected.
