1. Heard.

2. This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.133/2019 registered at Police Station Kondagaon, District Kondagaon (CG) for the offence punishable under Section 20(B)II(C) of the Narcotic Drugs Psychotropic Substances Act.

3. The applicant along with two other accused persons were found in illicit possession/transportation of 32.333 Kg of Ganja, when

MCRC No. 1195 of 2020 they were travelling in SX4 Vehicle No.UP32-CT-4935 from Raipur to Jagdalpur.

4. Considering the quantity of Ganja recovered from the applicant, which is more than the commercial quantity, I am not inclined to release the applicant on regular bail.
