1. This petition has been filed by the petitioner aggrieved by transfer order dated 14.08.2017.

2. The only ground raised by the petitioner is a matter of personal difficulty, which cannot provide legal basis for exercise of jurisdiction by the writ Court. However, with liberty to the petitioner to prefer representation before the competent authority under the transfer policy.

3. The petition is accordingly disposed off.
