1. The counsel appearing for the Petitioner submits that the issue involved in the instant case already stands decided vide order dated on 15.02.2018, whereby a bunch of writ petitions i.e. WPS No.7083 of 2017 and analogous petitions, have been decided. Those writ petitions were dismissed by this Court.

2. Since the facts of the present case are identical to the facts of the writ petitions decided on 15.02.2018, the present writ petition also stands dismissed in similar terms in the light of the order dated 15.02.2018 in the aforesaid writ petitions.
