Against the order of suspension dated 18-07-2017, the petitioner has preferred this writ petition because his representation for revocation of suspension preferred before the respondent authority has not been considered. 3.
Though the petitioner has statutory remedy of filing an appeal against the order of suspension, instead of availing that remedy, the petitioner has chosen to seek indulgence of the authority, who suspended him, on certain factual premise, to revoke the order of suspension.

Without commenting upon the merits of the case, considering the claim of the
petitioner that the suspension order proceeds on incorrect factual premise, it is directed that the respondent No.3 shall examine the petitioner's representation and take decision thereon as to whether the case of revocation of suspension is made out or not. The respondent No.3 shall pass a speaking order within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.
Accordingly, the petition is disposed off. If the petitioner is still aggrieved, he would be at liberty to file an appeal.
