-1NAFR HIGH COURT OF CHHATTISGARH, BILASPUR WPS No. 4522 of 2017 Suresh Kumar Dahire S/o Shri Gangu Das Dahire, Aged About 37 Years Caste Satnami, Working As A Patwari, Posted At Patwari Halka Number 21, Dhandhapur, Revatpur, Khokhniya, Police Station Rajpur, Tahsil Rajpur, District Balrampur, Chhattisgarh ---- Petitioner
Versus
1. State Of Chhattisgarh Through Secretary, Revenue And Disaster, Management Department, Mantralaya, Mahanadi Bhawan, Mantralaya, Naya Raipur, District Raipur, Chhattisgarh
2. The Collector, Balrampur, Ramanujganj, District Balrampur, Chhattisgarh
3. The Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue), Rajpur, District Balrampur, Chhattisgarh ---- Respondents For Petitioner : Shri D.K. Kushwaha, Advocate For State :
Shri A.S. Kachhawaha, Additional A.G.
S.B. Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 05/09/2017 Heard.
1. The transfer order is under challenge on the ground it being frequent.
2. The petitioner is a Patwari. Vide order dated 28.8.2014, he was transferred from Aara to Bariyo Bheski. Vide order dated 12.7.2017, he was shifted from P.H. No.26 to P.H. No.21 only in Bariyo Bheski. Now by impugned order dated 14.8.2017, he is being transferred from Ph. H. No.21 Dandhapur, Tahsil Rajpur to another Tahsil Vadrafnagar.
3. It appears that vide order dated 12.7.2017, the petitioner shifting was to a nearby patwari halka number which is situated only 35 k.m. away. Therefore, I do not find that petitioner's transfer to one tahsil to another tahsil has resulted in any serious hardship which would warrant interference by this
-2Court.
4. The petition is therefore dismissed.
