1. The transfer order is under challenge only on the personal ground.
2. In the absence of there being any illegality in the order, I am not inclined to interfere with the transfer order. The personal difficulty can be examined by the competent authority by taking into consideration
the medical certificates with regard to the nature and extent of ailment.
3. The petitioner has not preferred any representation. If the petitioner prefers a representation, the same shall be considered and decided within four weeks from the date of submission of representation.
4. The petition is accordingly disposed off.
