1. The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is that the petitioner in the past has given appointment as Full time Sweeper under the respondents, however subsequently status has been changed and she has been shown as Part time Sweeper and she has moved a representation seeking for appropriate direction by the respondent no.3 declaring the petitioner as Full Time Sweeper.

2. Given the limited grievance that the petitioner has, let respondent no.3 decide the representation which the petitioner has made vide Annexure P3 at the earliest preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3. With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
