1. The ground of challenge in this petition is that by the impugned order, respondent No.5 is being transferred in the place of the petitioner whereas there is no order passed by any authority transferring the petitioner from the present place of posting to other place.

2. Unless the petitioner is transferred, he is entitled to continue at the present place of posting and any order of posting of any other officer in the place of the petitioner, would not affect the petitioner's posting at the present place.
