The grievance of the petitioner seems to be in respect of the nonreleasing the petitioner to be posted at the substantive place of posting in terms of the order of appointment and for which the petitioner has been making repeated requests to the respondent No.4 and there is also a representation made in this regard.

2. Considering the facts of the case, the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of directing the respondent No.4 to take an appropriate decision on the representation that the petitioner has made at the
