1. In this appeal, earlier, statement was made on behalf of the respondent by her counsel that all disputes have been resolved and wife and children are now residing with the appellant. Today, Shri Burman, learned counsel for the appellant, submits that this statement of fact is correct that now the appellant, respondent and children all are living together and dispute has been resolved. He, however, submits that as the wife has applied for her transfer and awaiting proper orders, this case may be adjourned for some time.
2. Having considered the submissions of learned counsel for the parties, taking into consideration that the dispute between the husband and wife
-2has now been resolved and statement of fact that all of them are living together with the children, has not been disputed, there is no reason why we should allow this appeal to remain pending. As far as subsequent development with regard to transfer is concerned, it is none of the concern of this Court.
3. In that view of the matter, appeal itself appears to be rendered infructuous and is accordingly disposed off as such.
