This is an application filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the applicant, who is apprehending his arrest in connection with Crime No.24/2020, registered at Police Station Chakradhar Nagar, District Raigarh (Chhattisgarh) for the offence punishable under Section 376 of the IPC.

3. After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the applicant

MCRCA No. 278 of 2020 seeks permission of the Court to withdraw this bail application with liberty to the applicant to surrender and apply for regular bail before the Sessions Court.
