Agrawal Order On Board 16/02/2018 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that against the order dated 03.11.2014, the petitioner has already filed revision before the Board of Revenue, but the same has not been considered and decided till date and, therefore, direction may be issued to the said authority to decide the same expeditiously.

(2) Be that as it may, the Board of Revenue is directed to consider and decide the pending revision of the petitioner in accordance with law expeditiously from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. (3) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to costs.
