At the out set, it is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that she may be permitted to withdraw the instant Writ Petition (227) with liberty to file a duly constituted application afresh along with the relevant documents and the Court below may dispose of the same afresh without being influenced by the order dated 6.1.2016.

On due consideration, prayer is allowed.

The instant Writ Petition (227) is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty granted in favour of the petitioner.

Needless to mention that while disposing of the duly constituted application as per provisions of law, the impugned order dated 6.1.2016 shall not come in the way.
