1. With the consent of the learned counsel for the parties, the matter is heard finally.

2. The petitioner has preferred this writ petition seeking compassionate appointment on the ground that his father, who was in the services of the erstwhile Madhya Pradesh Electricity Board (for short 'MPEB'), was wrongly terminated in the year 1990.

3. Reading of Annexure-P-1 would reveal that the petitioner's father was removed from service on 11.04.1990 on account of his unauthorized absence from duty. The facility of compassionate appointment is not extended to dependent of employee, who was removed from service. Moreover, neither petitioner's father nor the petitioner has assailed the said order of removal, which was otherwise passed by the erstwhile MPEB and not by the present respondents.
