Learned State counsel, referring to averments made in the reply, submits that after necessary enquiry, the concerned police station has now registered the offence against some persons, who have been prima facie involved in the alleged offence. 3.
In the writ petition, direction was issued by this Court to consider the application of the petitioner in the light of decision of Supreme Court in the case of Lalita Kumari vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh and others1.

In view of above, I am not inclined to proceed further in the matter. Rule is discharged.
