Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner's case is pending consideration since 23/12/2003 before the Juvenile Justice Board, Ambikapur, therefore direction be issued to decide the same expeditiously.

Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

Since the matter is pending for last 12 years, the Juvenile Justice Board, Ambikapur is directed to consider and decide the case of the petitioner as early as possible preferably within a maximum period of six months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 4.

With the aforesaid observation, writ petition stands finally disposed off.
