Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the claim of the Petitioner was to the post of Kotwar, Village Kurda, Tahsil Malkharoda, District Janjgir-Champa. Pending the present Writ Petition, the Petitioner died. In view of the same, the grievance of the Petitioner does not survive any further and the Petition may be dismissed as having abated.

However, she prays that if the legal representatives of the Petitioner have any right still surviving they may initiate appropriate proceedings in accordance with the rules.

With the aforesaid observation, the Writ Petition is dismissed as having abated.
