Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order On Board 27/11/2015

1. Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner submits that the petitioner, at this juncture, does not wish to pursue the case on merits and prays that this petition may be disposed of directing the Respondent No.2 to consider his representation in respect of his grievance which he has filed on 24.06.2008 and other reminders that he has annexed with representation, to which the state counsel has no objection.

2. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. The Respondent No.2 is directed to consider and decide the pending representation of the Petitioner in accordance with rules governing the service conditions of the Petitioner. It is expected that the concerned authority shall decide the same expeditiously taking into consideration the fact that the writ petition itself is of the year 2009.

3. The petitioner would be at liberty to enclose Annexure P/4 i.e. representation and other reminders that he has filed earlier along with copy of this order to the Respondent No.2 within a period of two weeks from today so that the authority concerned may take appropriate decision in respect of claim of the petitioner expeditiously.

4. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is finally disposed of. No order as to costs.
