1. The grounds raised in this petition are more of personal difficulties rather than any ground warranting interference by the Writ Court.

2. Therefore, in these circumstances, this Court is not inclined to interfere with transfer order. However, it will be open for the petitioner to prefer representation stating his personal difficulties and if such representation is made, the same shall be considered and decided by the concerned authority in 4 weeks.
